Hotel Registration Forms
On behalf of TV-Anytime, we are pleased to announce that the 18th TV-Anytime Forum Meeting will be held 30 July to 2 August 2002. European Broadcasting Union is hosting the meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting will be preceeded by the 2nd TV-Anytime Implementers Workshop taking place at the same venue on 29 July 2002 (see separate announcement). The meeting will commence on Tuesday 30 July with registration at 8:00 AM and conclude at 7:00 PM on Friday 2 August 2002. A preliminary agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting. Please read below for logistical information. MEETING REGISTRATION To confirm meeting attendance, fill out and fax the registration form. Meeting registration does not secure you a hotel room. Please complete one registration form for each individual attending from your company by 15 July 2002. In order for us to provide comfortable accommodations for everyone, it is crucial that everyone register in advance. Hotel cancellation conditions: cancellation is possible until 16h00 prior to your date of arrival, otherwise one night will be charged. MEETING FEE In accordance with the TV-Anytime Forum's MOU, attendees to TV-Anytime meetings need to pay a facilities fee to meet the costs of the meeting. The meeting fee for the 18th meeting is CHF 240 (approximately US$150.00). This amount must be paid by cash on site in Switzerland Francs -- advance payment can not be accepted for this meeting. Coffee/tea breaks and lunch are included as part of the meeting fee for each of the four days of the meeting. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Hotel Intercontinental (CHF 195.) - (single or
