TV Anytime Forum - 21st Meeting
On behalf of TV-Anytime, we are pleased to announce that the 21st TV-Anytime Forum Meeting will be held January 28 - 31, 2003. Novell in Provo, Utah (50 miles south of Salt Lake City) will host this meeting. The meeting will commence on Tuesday, January 28, 2003. Registration will begin at 8:00 AM, and the meeting will conclude at 7:00 PM on Friday, January 31st. The 3rd Implementers Workshop will be held January 27, 2003 (see separate announcement). A preliminary agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting. Please read below for logistical information. MEETING REGISTRATION: To confirm meeting attendance, please complete the online registration form. Meeting registration does not secure you a hotel room. Please complete one registration form for each individual attending from your company by Friday, January 17, 2003. In order for us to provide comfortable accommodations, it is crucial that everyone register in advance. MEETING FEE: In accordance with the TV-Anytime Forum's By-Laws, attendees to TV-Anytime meetings need to pay a facilities fee to cover the costs of the meeting. The meeting fee for the 21st meeting is USD$180.00. This amount can be paid by credit card when registering online for the meeting. There will be no cash accepted on-site, VISA, Master Card, and American Express will be accepted. This meeting fee includes 2 beverage breaks and lunch each day. MEETING LOCATION and HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Provo Marriott Hotel - (USD $79.00 for single or double room +taxes)
The Provo Marriott will accept all major credit cards. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and checkout is 12:00 PM. The cutoff date for our room block is Monday, January 6, 2003. The special room rate is not guaranteed after this time and reservations will be granted based on availability.
